Aminoglycoside Tool Update:
I’ve updated the Aminoglycoside tool to plot concentration and random levels, and to determine a new dosing frequency based on the results (Harford Nomogram). More enhancements will be added soon.
New Tool Added – Beyond to Use Date Generator – GuideRPH
This tool automatically generates Beyond-Use Dates (BUDs) for the next 30 days and every hour (1–24), ensuring you always have up-to-date expiration data. It’s currently set up for Eastern Time. Please email me if you’d like a version for a different time zone.

– Updated TPN Builder: now correctly computes infusion rates for cyclic administration. The first and last hour rates are automatically set to half of the middle-hour rate to ensure proper tapering.

Updated TPN Builder Calculator/Generator:
– You can now create, customize, and generate your own personalized TPN formula.
– Includes precise rates, total volumes, and type of formulation (2-in-1 or 3-in-1) and adjusts based on the components added (e.g., lipids, dextrose, protein, electrolytes).
– Automatically generates daily fluid, macronutrient, and micronutrient requirements based on the patient’s profile.
– The system determines whether parameters fall within the normal range based on calculated values. This report serves as a guideline, but clinical judgment should be applied, and results should be cross-referenced with the patient’s laboratory values and clinical condition when making adjustments.
