How to Use
- Input all required patient, dosing, and level data
- Choose the correct order of timing (Peak → Trough or Trough → Peak)
- Click Calculate to generate PK parameters and AUC model
- Adjust dose/frequency manually or choose from the suggested regimens based on AUC24 400–600 mg·hr/L
- Click Calculate under Manual Adjustment to generate a patient plan
Formulas Used
ke = ln(C1 / C2) / Δt(Elimination rate constant using two levels)Half-life = 0.693 / keCmax = Measured Peak ÷ (e−ke × Δt)Cmin = Cmax × e−ke × (τ − t’)Vd = Dose × (1 - e−ke × t’) / [ t’ × ke × (Cmax − Cmin × e−ke × t’) ]CL = ke × VdAUC24 = (((Cmax + Cmin)/2) × t') + ((Cmax − Cmin) / ke) × (24 / τ)Custom Trough Goal = (400–600 × Estimated Trough) ÷ AUC24
